Beat is great harness for sport climbers and race climbers, on athletic sport routes you will appreciate its low weight, breathability and comfort.
Beat has a rock&lock buckle on the waist belt, and four gear loops.

X Small: 60-72cm (24-28") waist, 42-54cm legs
Small: 68-80cm (26-31") waist, 42-54cm legs
Medium: 75-87cm (29-34") waist, 46-60cm legs
Large: 83-95cm (32-37") waist, 50-64cm legs
X Large: 89-101cm (34-40") waist, 56-68 legs
XX Large: 97-109cm (38-43") waist, 56-68 legs
Remember that the waist-belt should sit "above" your hips and be tight enough that the harness cannot be pulled down.
