The Black Diamond Focus AL is a lightweight, high performance harness with all the adjustability needed for mountaineering, yet is light and unrestricting enough for hard rock climbing.

The well padded and shaped ‘bullhorn’ waistbelt gives the wearer improved comfort, mobility and support. This waistbelt also carries four large, tubing gear racks and a rear drag loop. The adjustable leg loops allow a comfortable fit for everyone from sport climbers through mountaineers to road cyclists.

Remember that the waist-belt should sit "above" your hips and be tight enough that the harness cannot be pulled down.
