Screwgate krabs provide that extra level of security on your belay device, on anchors and on that piece of pro that must stay clipped.
A HMS karabiner should be chosen for use with a conventional passive belay device. Gri-gri, Eddy or Sum users need a standard D shaped screwgate, the specially designed Freino is perfect. For rigging standard krabs are ideal.
