The Next Day Delivery Charge for reshipping exchanges, goods go out by “Special Delivery” (guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, signature required).
- please note orders received after 12noon will not be dispatched until the following working day.

Please ring beforehand so we can check the item you need is in stock and put it aside for you, also we will confirm on the phone which postage category you will need to pay for.

The return P&P costs are be based on the true cost of postage and packing to a UK address.
For most purchases this will be dictated on the packaged weight, although on a very few items it may be by size (Please do NOT rely on weighing the item yourself).

The charges are:
under 500g - £5
under 1kg - £6.50
under 2kg - £8.50
over 2kg or oversized - £16 (sent via Deltec courier "Next Day")
