X Small: 61-69cm (24-27") waist, 43-53cm legs
Small: 69-76cm (27-30") waist, 48-58cm legs
Medium: 76-84cm (30-33") waist, 53-64cm legs
Large: 84-91cm (33-36") waist, 61-71cm legs
Remember that the waist-belt should sit "above" your hips and be tight enough that the harness cannot be pulled down.
