An excellent general purpose belay/rappel device from Petzl for single or double ropes . The wide radius bearing edge is kind to ropes. A direct belaying attachment point allows auto-braking belaying of one or two seconds, making this an ideal belay device for guides and instructors.

The Reverso is designed for ropes from 8 to 11mm diameter. If you are using thin double ropes you need the Petzl Reversino.
