We offer 3 rates of Postage and Packaging within the UK:

• Standard – FREE
• Level 2 - £5.00 (mostly ropes, climbing holds and beta sticks)
• Level 3 - £15.00 (mostly bouldering pads)
• These rates are based on the size/weight of your order and will be shown when you go to the checkout – at this point you will still have the option to cancel the sale if you are unhappy with the p&p charges.

Items will be sent out to be "signed for"

(Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands) We offer 2 rates of Postage and Packaging within the EU

• Standard - £15.00 (subject to some exceptions, on heavy/bulky orders)
• DVD - £5.50 (for up to 2, 3 or more will be charged at the Standard rate.

Items will be sent out to be "signed for"

• You may wish to have your order delivered to a different address from your home if there is no-one available to sign for the package, all deliveries will require a signature.
• If the package cannot be delivered the courier will leave a card detailing how to arrange re-delivery or collection. If you fail to follow their instructions and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for the additional postage costs.
• We cannot deliver bouldering pads outside the UK.
• Some heavy or bulky orders may be excluded from our standard postage and packaging service, we will contact you to confirm postage costsprior to dispatching your order. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order at this point.
• Orders will normally be dispatched within 3 working days.

Where an item can not be dispatched within the normal timescale or is out of stock we will contact you, giving the option to cancel your order.

Please contact us by phone/email within 10 working days of ordering, to notify any problems with your order.

• If we have dispatched the wrong item(s) we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item(s).
• If you ordered the wrong item we may, at our discretion, offer a full refund, or exchange the item but you will normally be expected to cover shipping costs.
• Damaged/Faulty goods we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item, at our discretion.

Returns and exchanges can only be made if goods are returned unused, in their original packaging with all instructions.
